Post by: exqqme06@yahoo.com on December 29, 2011, 18:13:43
Who or where can I find a company who will do the the covering of the drivers side seat with MB Tex if I send the seat to them?

I believe from what people have osted here, GAHH might be a good source.

Good luck, please let us know what you end up doing, I will need some replacement covers myself in a year or two.

Hey Ex 6 -- (sorry, but a first name might help if you are comfortable with it!...) Welcome to the group. I agree with Cees that GAHH is a good choice. Also maybe Miller's or Bud's but GAHH is the gold standard in soft tops and upholstery I'd say.

And yes, please post what you find out. I bought my full set of MB Tex from Miller's back in 1997 (yikes was that really 15 years ago?)  :o anyway they are still in good shape WITH one major exception... Where Brodie the Border Collie Puppy decided to take a bite! Last time he'll ever pose for a pagoda photo... so I hoping to do as you mentioned and just send the bottom part of the seat someplace and see if they can redo just that part...
