Title: Change "bullit" indicators

I am getting a 67 250 SE coupe to match my 250 SL!
It is a wonderful original car and I will post pics as soon as I can,
however I am not fond of the US style bullitt type front indicators.
Has anyone changed these to the later larger amber type lights?
I have a set,  but suspect that the mounts will not fit over the areas where the originals are.
Any ideas??

I don't know but I have taken my bullit indicators off the sheetmetal and it is not hard to do. They are held on by a couple of sheetmetal screws. Then you can see if it will line up or not.
