Title: Mr. Pagoda goes to Bar Harbor
Post by: dseretakis on July 25, 2011, 01:27:51
Here are some pics of this past week's trip to Bar Harbor, Maine in my Pagoda. The first three pics are on Cadillac mountain in Acadia National Park. The fourth was taken in Bass Harbor at Thurston's Lobster Pound.

I also made it to the Seal Cove Auto Museum, which is a brass car museum. They have an 1886 Benz Patent-motorwagen replica, which they will be demonstrating in mid-October when they host a Mercedes Benz Club of America event.

Did you drive all that way ! A lot of back roads, or long time on the turnpike ? I still stick to 1-2hr trips. Have to build up my confidence .

I set out from Brunswick,ME  where I usually keep the car. It's a three hr trip one way but considering that my car probably needs a clutch it probably wasn't the best idea. Anyway, it did fine with no mishaps.
