My car has had little tarmac time this year- just too busy to take it out. I did get to drive it back from its annual check up and 1600 repair (front bushings rear diff leak etc etc) No shows planned this summer maybe well go for a jaunt tonight

Almost every day, it's my regular car during the summer. Drove it four different times today. It gets better mileage than my sedan so if I don't need the room I use the Rocket.

I drive a few times a week. I just hit 60000 mile on the drive today.

After letting my poor car languish in storage for nearly 30 years and spending a "few" dollars getting it back on the road last fall, we have put a little over 1100 miles on the odometer just passing the 71k mark last week. With the warm summer evenings and the car's HT stored away it has been very tempting to take it out for a spin every evening. As it is, I try to limit our excursions to a couple of times a week. No freeways, just back country two lane roads:-)

300 miles! Not quite that brave with mine. Beautiful automobiles. The SL looks especially nice. Yours?

Oh yes, that '66 230 is ours. 300 miles is just no drama. I could add a zero and still be certain the outcome would be the same. AND I am still on original hoses, and belt. Actually the car is 95% original down to nearly the last detail (albeit 5% as it has reproduction tires). And still 300 miles is nearly effortless (I say nearly because we cruise @ 4000 RPM throughout the trip ~ which is somewhat loud).
Mind you its well maintained by an expert. 8)

We are all fortunate that the prevailing wisdom is these cars like to be driven to keep them going strong. So to do my part, I can almost always find a "reason" to jump in when the weather's nice. Like 49er, I am also lucky to be surrounded primarily by woodsy two lane roads and small western towns, making the drives all that much better...
In fact, had to get a cup of coffee in Nevada City just this morning!

Nice photo James, taken in one of our favorite little towns. Looks like summer finally got here big time so only early morning or sunset drives for us this weekend. Have a great 4th
