Title: Fog Light Clamp

Can anyone tell me what will work to affix a pair of Hella 160 Fog Lights to my 1970 280SL bumper?  I don't want to drill holes in the bumper nor do I want to take off the bumper guards in order to use the hole drilled to secure them.  The clamps that I ordered from Susquehanna Rally Lighting are too shallow - they don't extend far enough forward from the rear of the bumper to allow clearance for the lights.

Any suggestions?

Will the lights fit underneath the bumper,if so weld a 90 degree elbow to the bumper support bracket,that is what someone did on my project.

Want to keep them above the bumper as in the attached.
