Title: OEM or Repro bumper bars

Hi guys,

Does anyone have any experience of the repros. There seems to be a huge price difference between those from MB and sets on ebay.

Do you get what you pay for with the repros or are they ok for a regularly used car, but definitely not a daily driver.

BTW - I have a feeling this has been mentioned before however I couldn`t find it.

I recently replaced my front bumpers with Mercedes OEM. By ommitting the bumper guards, I save enough to pay for repro rear bumpers. The guage and polish of the repos is identical to the MB. Time will tell if the plating is as long lived.
