Nice set of pictures showing all the parts during an injection pump rebuild. The large blue machine in the background is used for calibration.

I have not been to Black Forest, but would sure as heck love to have them in my backyard. You probably laugh at us all the time John.
It is encouraging that someone takes the time to really learn a process, document it, and do it well...and take of cosmetics, too.

That is interesting how they plated the BC. Mine is painted with Eastwood's yellow cad paint (its just OK). I guess you could plate that as long as you don't get any plating solution inside. Maybe I'll try that.
Also of interest, SLS sells the thermostat housing if yours is corroded at the hose connection. It isn't cheap!
That pump belongs in a museum!
