Title: problem installing headlight door

i bought a replacement headlight door the glass and chrome (AN) but somehow i am doing something wrong, i just cant get it to fit properly
is there a certain procedure or a trick?

I have 2 new ones on the way so if there is a trick to fitting them properly Let us know.  Is your new one an after market or an original MB part?  This could make a difference on fit.

I just installed 2 new headlight doors.  I had to transfer the bulb assemblies.  Hear are some pictures of what I had to do.  The rubber mounting was brittle so I made new ones with a vaccum hose.  Everything fit well.
