What is the recommended size for a Nardi steering wheel.  The Nardi Classic wheel comes in three sizes, 330, 360, and 390mm.

Don't consider anything smaller than the 390 mm. Even that is a little smaller than the OE wheel and cuts across the view of the  speedo and tach when they are certain positions. Depending on your heigth in the seat, you may have to move your head up or down to see. Having said that, you will quickly get used to it and appreciate the Nardi, they have a great feel.

I've been searching for over an hour and finally have no answer so thought I'd ask....

Nardi - clearly aftermarket but was it an option or just a period accessory?
