Title: Pagoda in new John Irving film

The movie is called "The Door in the Floor" and Kim Bassinger appears to drive a nice blue 280 SL. Here's the trailer:

Just sow an Alec Baldwin (Kim Bassinger Husband) Movie, titled "Second Nature" And he also drives AGAIN a nice blue 280 SL. There are many scenes with the car, I belive its a 906 Blue with a 904 Dark Blue hard Top!!

Just saw "Door in the Floor" and enjoyed seeing the dark olive 280SL featured prominently throughout the film. It's Kim Bassinger's car in the film that she drives around East Hampton. It's supposed to look like a normal car and not a show car, so the stylist made it look dusty looking. Looks like a nice car.

I actually enjoyed the movie a great deal but, like everyone here, I'm biased.

My verdict: I give the movie 3 Pagodas!

Last current (more or less) movie I have seen with a Pagoda, is "Killing me softly", with Heather Graham. It's a silver 250 SL, and there are in the film two or three nice scenes with the car...

Have you seen it?

One of my first memories of Kim Bassinger was in one of the Playboy magazine cartoons.  Try to picture a guy on a beach rubbing a lamp and a genie hovering above.  The caption read ---  What is a Kim Bassinger?
