Title: 280 SL Production

I've seen many comments comparing 230/250/280, however I'm looking for specific production changes to the 280 over its run.  Can someone 'thumbnail' it for me, or send me to a source "list of changes by approx timeline or by serial#".

There's a more complete list of changes that includes VIN #'s available in the book, Original Mercedes SL, by Laurence Meredith. It includes changes in headlights and tail lights.
