Title: AC blower fan switch

My blower fan stays on low all the time.  The Hi - Med - Low works OK but will not turn off when it's in the off position. 
Can this be repaired, or do I need to replace the blower switch?

If the switch has not been used a lot this happens, Take out the switch out of dash and spray it with good quality electric contact cleaner & rotate the switch back and forth, This works for me every time. while it's out you can check to see if it works right by using a ohmmeter.
