Title: ignition locks needed !!!

Need to find some good used ignition locks for 230/250/280SL. Please contact me with any and all info or leads. Thank you.

Hello Tom,
These ignition locks are the same in the same era sedans are they not? How many do you need?

Are there not three types of ignition locks?

230: Niemann (sp?) key cut on one side
250: Dont know - same as 230 I think.
280 Early: Ymos ket cut on both sided and with rubber holder, + other keys for doors, etc.
280 Late: Similar to Early key. One key does all but blank key somewhat thinner?

Will a late barrell+key fit an early 280??
Need to know as I have a full late single key lock set I want to fit to an early 280.
