My CO level is too high, and could not pass the inspection. Can somebody advice me how to calibrate the Bosch injection pump.Or can somebody supply me with advice, a manual, or procedure.
thx. Berend

A Search will bring up a wealth of information. Try "warm running device" which is the first thing to check.

Berend,
Is the test performed at idle or a rolling dynomometer type device at all rpm levels? Do you have any test data? Idle co can be easily adjusted via the thumb screw on the rear of the pump. Lots of posts about this.
If you are out of spec at all rpm ranges you may be able to solve your problem by removing a shim under the barometric compensator. Removing a shim will make your fuel mixture leaner. Same thing would happen if you increased altitude.
