Title: Pressure Plate Specifications

My car is in process of a complete restoration and the clutch disc is 40% worn.  I am going to replace the clutch disc but am wondering if the pressure plate is within specs.  Does anyone know the factory tolerance for the pressure plate?  The car is a 1970 280SL.
