Title: Engine Rebuild Need Shop Recommendation

hi guys
I'm looking for a shop to rebuild my engine and do technical job. I live in israel and want to send the car. My car is a 280SL 1970.

How far are you prepared to sendthe car?
Why not just send the engine?

i can send it as far i need by ship. i need more job to be done ,king pin,front, rear, act.
