She was once the girlfriend of out crown-prince, maybe the Monaco setting has got something to do with this!!!

Anyway found out that the song is the titlesong for a new danish comedy movie "at the end of the world" or something and the
man in the video is the lead actor in the film, Nicolai Lie Kaas also featured in Angels & Demons (2009) as Mr. Gray.
