Title: Drain holes in soft top well

Hi, one of the drain holes in the soft top well seems to be blocked about 1 inch from the top. Where does the hole lead to, i.e where does the water exit the car?
How do i unblock it, is there an easy way other than brute force. I understand that there are rubber tubes on these drains and don't want to tear them. Are they accessable?

Hello, Larry,

It drains into the chamber in front of the rear wheel arch, and then out from the gap under the second trim peice
I would use a lot of water and a little persuasion.
