I've just installed a new windshield and it's a pleasure to see clearly and not have anymore rain leaks, so far. Naturally, my paranoia level has gone up dramatically. While I we can't avoid the flying pebble, I thought I'd be kind to the new glass with a fresh set of wiper blades. I fell for the hype re: teflon coated blades, and I was able to slide a pair of Trico Teflon Blades (#15-160) after removing them from their arms (unfortunately I could not find Teflon blade refills sold without the arms). Seems to work fine.
