Are you like me, and keep track of all the posts on the site?
Use your favourite RSS reader and supply this link to your RSS reader... feed://www.sl113.org/forums/index.php?type=rss;action=.xml (http://feed://www.sl113.org/forums/index.php?type=rss;action=.xml)
Don't know what RSS is? Read this Wikipedia article on RSS (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RSS), but basically its a simple way to keep track of all new posts on the website.
You can add an RSS reader to your Google homepage (or use Google Reader), or use your browser's facilities for reading RSS messages. On Apple's OS X you can read feeds in the mail application. There are a number of RSS readers available where you can combine RSS feeds from all the sites you track in one place. Check out:
http://www.blogbridge.com/ or http://www.rssowl.org/.

Peter:
What does an RSS feed show? that messages have been posted? or does the feed send a copy of each message? or what?
and can the "feed time" be controlled to feed say once an hour, or once a day???

The feed shows each new message as it is posted, with an excerpt of the message if it is a long one, or the message if it is short. It is updated as often as your client program requests it.
On a blackberry use the URL: http://www.sl113.org/forums/index.php?type=rss;action=.xml
For more info, check out the Wikipedia article on RSS (see link in my earlier post)
