I am just finishing up one of my winter projects which was replacing the rubber brake lines, rebuild calipers, replace rotors, pads, parking brakes and reservior. After bleeding the lines I took her out for a test ride. The brakes felt spongey and the pedel was a little low. My question is do I need to bleed them again or can I adjust the pedel height? I didnt replace the master cyl or touch the booster.

If brakes were working okay before, bleed again.
Must be air trapped in the system somewhere.

I had all the caliber hoes replaced on my SL. My friend an expert Mercedes-benz wrench helped me do it. He preferred the old style bleeding system of one person in the car and one person doing the bleeding. I remember it took a bit of fluid but low and behold we did the job and my brakes are good again.
