A company called Snake-Oyl does, but it is pricey.

Gus do you know how to get in touch with them? All I know is they are in Texas. Thanks, Gerry

Gerry: Thier web site www.ssnake-oyl.com/ has information, including some pricing. Probably a good place to start. I got a quote from them but it was more than I could justify for my non-show car., so I had my belts re-webbed locally for $75 each;

It all depends on the amount of restoration you want.    Take a look at ebay item 160349242105.  (Disclaimer - yes, those are mine, I know that this isn't the for-sale forum, but I think that the photographs are relevant for the OPs questions).  That's a restoration based on good cleaned up parts and re-webbing.  The parts are about $100 and the re-webbing is $150 plus postage.  Snakeoyl is going to be WAY higher than that, and probably look a little better.   More generally, I would think that re-chroming is more expensive than buying good used and re-webbing only.  Your mileage may vary.  If you need parts or whatever, send me email or a message...  Scott.
