Who knows, it might be a 5-speed?

It's a pity the pix aren't better. You can't really tell much about this car (or appreciate its condition) based on these limited pix. I'd love to see an engine bay photo. Also, why the salvage title?

answer from the seller:
This car has been in my family since the late 60s early 70s. >>>>The car was in an accident around that time<<<<, my Uncle owned Course Air in Southern California; he was a big car buff and rebuilt cars. He got this car and fixed it. >>>>From what I know the car was involved in a front-end accident and the front right fender has been replaced.<<<< From the machines who have seen the car, Mercedes-Benz service center, the frame is not bent. After my Uncle fixed the car he kept it in his warehouse, my farther had always wanted the car. After my Uncle passed away my Aunt sold the car to my Dad, my Dad then had all the fluids changed in it and he would drive it on occasional weekends. The car was recently driven from Sacramento, CA to San Jose, CA and drove fine.
Everything works in the car, AC/Heater, etc. The muffler works but is very loud and will need to be replaced. The tires are from the early 1970s, they are fine, but I would recommend replacing them if you plan on driving the car often.
