Title: Tire Size effect on mileage

several days ago i read a string that included a web address where you can put in your tire size and compare to OEM size and get by what percentage your speedo might be off. it has a tire shape that gets filled in so you can see your tire vs the OEM.
i've been searching for days and have not been able to uncover that thread or website...can anyone tell the thread or the website?
