Does anyone know of any good shops in Southern California that rebuild our fuel injection pumps?
-
Nate--an often asked and often answered question...
The general consensus seems to be H&R Fuel Injection in Bohemia NY on the east coast, and Pacific Fuel Injection. Hans and Gus? Search and you'll find the addresses, etc.

As always, in our suppliers list: http://www.sl113.org/wiki/pmwiki.php?n=Suppliers.Start. Also check the NEWS line at the top of each forum page for revolving helpful hints!

southern california, no, San Francisco, yes. Gus at pacific fuel injection service is another
highly recommended injection pump rebuilder. he can also test your injectors.

Another good rebuilder on the West Coast, probably cheaper than Pacific Fuel Injection, is
Jerry Fairchild Industries
5242 Westside Rd Ste 1
Redding, CA 96001-4145

Interesting info:
http://www.drivewerks.com/tech/bosch_MFI.htm#Some%20contacts%20for%20MFI%20service%20are:
http://www.bmw2002faq.com/content/view/66/32/ BTW our FI pump is a Kugelfischer, earlier model. Bosch bought that factory and company many years ago.

I have Jerry Fairchild Industires and have had great success. They are very reasonable compared to H & R who I have also used.
