Tachometer cable
« on: March 09, 2021, 15:06:36 »
Hi all,
Does anyone know if there is a difference in the tachometer cable between the manual & an automatic?

Is there is a difference between the RHD & LHD tachometer cable?

Is there a difference in the tachometer cable between the 3 SL models?

Thanks so much for your help.
Cheers

On LHD there is no difference between the automatic and manual on the tachometer cable. There is a difference in the speedometer cables.

Thanks Pawel. So other then the length difference, there is no other differences? Are the heads of the cable at each end the same as the LHD?

Mohan,

Other the the cables being longer for the RHD cars, remember that the input point on the speedo is off set to the opposite of a LHD unit.
