Window guide shield.

Looks like drain rail inside door maybe. #19 in SLS diagram?

Thats Correct Lee. It the shield that goes over the window rail on the front of the door. Im surprized its painted. Mine was natural aluminum.

Mine too was natural aluminum (with some sharp edges) and not painted. While it was out I filed the edges a bit to save on cost of band-aids.
