Title: Distributor Vacuum Line size

1966 230SL
While tinkering with the car today, I realized that the vacuum line between the throttle body and the distributor has a crack in it, resulting in no vacuum at the distributor.  Can someone please say what the correct size of this line is and where it might be sourced.  Also, the fitting at the distributor is a swage type fitting.  can the swage part be reused?

It's 4 mm OD plastic tube.
