fuel line routing high pressure line from pump to hard line
« on: November 27, 2022, 19:03:41 »
hello
now that i have my fuel pump correctly oriented what is the proper routing for the high pressure line from pump to hard line?

for now i have the line going up to the brake "T" and then forward to the hard line.   in the picture i have zip tied it to the brake "T".

should the line go up to the trunk floor and clamped similar to the other photo?

i have looked and looked and unless i take the fuel line up and under the brake line would i get close to the trunk floor.

maybe its fine as it is but i thought i'd ask the forum.

thank you in advance
Matt

well Gernold helped answer my question. (pictures of his 230 attached)

my fuel pump / cover are not far enough to the left (toward the wheel) to allow for proper routing per his photos.
since the trunk cross member is rusted i have the pump situated as best i can for now.

if i get that cross member replaced i can then correct the fuel pump location.
