Up for sale is an OD version of the Getrag 265. Not sure of how many miles are on it. But shifts through all the gears just fine (see Youtube video).

Decided to keep car an automatic.

You'll notice that one shifter mount has been repaired, as well as the lower mount flange, but these are not necessary anyways for putting in a W113.

Has the necessary speedo gear drive as well (many Getrags do not have this).

No bellhousing as you would use one for the M110. Shifter mount in video not included (use the W113 one).

$950 plus shipping.

If you are serious, and you need that conversion kit in Germany, let me know and my friend Keshav, can workout how to get that kit.

Much harder to get that kit in the USA than finding a Getrag 265 (see them on CL and Ebay quite often).
