If so be on guard .... it could be very expensive, some police have been replaced with this ... looks like everyone is downsizing ::) LOL ::)

Looks more like France to me, judging from the road sign. In fact I just passed a cow like that in France on my way home to Geneva.

Congrats Cees, you got it! But of course it is all satire and not real. ;D

Thanks Alfred. It's exactly THAT cow that I wrote I passed yesterday, near Pontarlier in Doubs. What a coincidence. The max speed there is 70 and there are actually 'normal' radar installations just a bit passed where the cow is. The French have a habit of warning you with signs a few hundred meters before fixed/permanent radar detectors. But they also set up temporary ones regularly.

Watch out for the temporary ones, you could be tempted to to play a game of chicken! :)
Des adaptations seront alors effectuées selon la faune domestique locale : bonjour faux moutons, fausses chèvres et poules factices !
{= Adjustments will be made according to local domestic fauna : hello fake sheep, goats and false dummy chickens!}
I do have a soft spot for these French satirical magazines.
