- click adjustment knob - responsible for idle adjustment and revs up to 1500-1700rpm
- full range adjustment - responsible for adjustment across rev spectrum, also idle

As a Full Member you also have access to Linkage Tour, which is describing idle adjustment procedure.
I am also enclosing picture of my FIP with marked screws.
There is also a screw in the throttle, it is tempting, but it is not for mixture adjustment. It is just a stop screw for stopping throttle in certain position as closed (Linkage Tour explains how to do it).

« Last post by Benz Dr. on Today at 17:58:59 »Remove your speedometer cable from your transmission. Insert a flat bladed screw driver into the speedometer drive area and turn your driveshaft by hand. If you can turn your driveshaft without the screwdriver moving, it's loose.

General Discussion / engine stumble on deceleration
« Last post by 96witton on Today at 16:00:16 »Hi, my 1969 280sl runs great. the only issue I seem to have is when I am decelerating (lower speeds, under braking) the engine stumble's. I have new injectors and have preformed a linkage setup check. I am thinking of going with an electronic ignition system? any suggestions? p.s. the car pulls very well and idel's great.
