Does anyone know the correct battery for my 66 230 and where I can get one in the UK.Cheers .Mike.

I got an OEM from MB (dry)

There are others that will fit

Correct battery is anything that will fit with the posts at the back and is 12 volt. This narrows it down quite a bit as there are lots that won't fit at all.
 I also use the MB battery - they're far too exspensive but some people want that star on them. Probably made by Varta.

Hi Dan--

Your post indicated any 12V that will fit with the posts at the rear.

How many cold crank amps (CCA) should we look for?  For example, my R107 is 750 CCA.
