Oil Cooler Removal

I've read a bunch of threads on the oil cooler, but I couldn't find the answer to this question.
Can I get the cooler out the bottom of the car (it is a 1970 Pagode)?
I've got one nut I am soaking with penetrating oil, but it appears I will be able to remove the fasteners (one through the grill), the two oil lines, and move the fan shroud out of the way.
Then will I be able to remove it out the bottom of the car?
I won't have to remove the hood and take it out the top, correct?

I was thinking this was a simple question.
Can I take the oil cooler out the bottom of the car, or will I need to remove the hood/bonnet?
Can someone help?

Took the hood/bonnet off to remove my oil cooler/radiator.
It's not that hard with two people just mask the edges to stop damage to paint.
Search on hood removal.

Hood is not hard to take off. Hopefully it will go back on OK. I think I'll use three people just to be safe.  ;D
The access to the front is a real pleasure as I was told.
Looking out through the grill (radiator and oil cooler are out) is a new perspective for me.
Everything came out real nice and I'm very happy with how the metal looks (it doesn't look that good in the pictures, and it sure is dirty).
That isn't rust on the firewall. It is the foam showing through in some spots.

just some food for thought, with the radiator & oil cooler out, no better time to check condition of the water pump, fan clutch, fan belts, etc.  If your pocket book can handle a little preventative maintenance.
