STEEL FOR ALLOYS
« on: September 08, 2009, 17:54:48 »
Hi all,

I'm going to change out my steel 230 SL wheels for the period alloys - I know it's not quite right but I really like them!  Just wanted to check if I need to alter anything before I go ahead and try and fit them up.

Thanks all, safe driving

Terry

Read this page in our Technical Manual carefully and note the advice on wheel bolts, especially for your spare wheel: http://www.sl113.org/wiki/WheelsTires/Alloys

Seen and understood Peter - thanks very much indeed.

Of course... I could have looked there first couldn't I????

Kind regards.
