The blonde is Emma Roberts.  Eric Robert’s daughter/Julia Robert‘s niece.  She plays recurring roles on American Horror Story. 
Wish they showed more of the car!

Looks to have been shot in LA. Lots of feelgood moments for these ladies. Noticed they did not include Skid Row in the scenes, probably for the best.

The girl in the W107 is Laura Harrier.  She was also in Spider Man Home Coming.
