Just found and purchased a NOS P/N 000 545 33 04 venturi switch on EBAY for $65.00.
Seller had it listed and described as Neutral safety switch which carries a different P/N 000 545 33 06.
Pic and part number are the correct W113 venturi switch.
This should help with my downshift "clunk".
