I round on the identification plate 0 for country code.
Somebody can explain ?

Hello Jean-Claude and welcome to the club,
The country code for the initial delivery of the car is found on the data card. The Technical Manual will show you how to read the code (https://www.sl113.org/wiki/DataCard/DataCards). If your car’s origin is still not clear after that, give us a little bit more information so somebody in the group can attempt to help you (photocopy of your data card).
