White Walls on my 65 230SL
« on: March 14, 2016, 00:03:43 »
It's been over 12 years and 20000 miles later since I re-commissioned my 1965 230SL. Coming into the 2016 spring season the priority became replacing the tires on the car.
I went with white wall 195/75R14's to keep the same aspect ratios as the original 185/14's. I absolutely love the look of the car with the white wall treatment. I am now steering to recommend the white wall look to all Pagodas. My car has never looked so good since it was brand new.
Happy Motoring to all as we begin the 2016 driving season.
Cheers
Peter

looks like Hankook. I got the same ones from Walmart for my 69. they look sharp and the price was extremely good.
