When I signed up there was no listing for Ohio in the state list

Which menu are you referring to? There are several of us from Ohio so we need to stick together and make sure we are counted. (Or we will just take over the country...Maybe the world)

When I signed up and it asked my address and I clicked the down arrow by state and OH wasnt on there

All is well, if you click on Profile above you will see that your State Ohio is part of your Location.
