Ok, looks like, at least for the US, as the booster grew bigger, they changed the bracket to one without a hook, perhaps with the chassis number quoted before. There was a bracket for fluid reservoir, additional for fuse box, there was just no hook element.
For automatic, as there was space, fuse box went straight to the bracket where in manual reservoir was. Could be that they just stayed with the previous type of bracket for some time.
