« on: September 01, 2014, 18:32:19 »
A friend called to day, and announced he now has a Japanese "Pagoda"

- speed bumps and a tree trunk do not mix well....

Correct, Peter,

Piaggio is Italian, I think they made scotters originally,  and they made this pickup,

I think it was a Daihatsu originally, then licenced to other manufacturers.

great little toy though !

As a pickup fan I got all excited - currently running my second El Camino, and previously had two Ford  Rancheros. Many years ago I even had a Standard 10 pickup ( In NZ we called them Utes)  I thought a            Pagoda "Ute" would be cool ----  not quite what I expected !!
